For casual players, Gnostic Hymn isn’t a priority. This is especially true if you can’t reach BP level 50 before the patch ends, thus missing out on some rewards. But for more invested players, Gnostic Hymn is definitely a worthy expenditure. Aside from the extra Primogems and Intertwined Fates, its rewards are easily around 3 weeks’ worth of Resin – that’s a lot of game progression.
Is Gnostic Chorus Worth It?
Gnostic Chorus is an upgraded version of the Gnostic Hymn, but it has a lesser value. It’s more of a cosmetic purchase with little to no influence on game progression – so it’s generally not recommended. Upon purchase, a Gnostic Chorus gives the following:
10 BP levels. This lets you obtain BP rewards faster – but it’s generally useless. Simply playing the game is enough to reach BP level 50 before the patch ends. Travel Notes Namecard. This is a limited patch-themed namecard. This is purely cosmetic, and it offers no game progression. Furnishing Blueprint. These are limited blueprints made for the Serenitea Pot feature. It’s also a cosmetic item but slightly more valuable than a namecard. For players fond of the teapot feature, this is a good item. 5 Fragile Resin. This is the only item that offers real game progression although very minor. Buying Gnostic Chorus for this alone is simply not worth it.
It’s much more efficient to just save your funds for a Gnostic Hymn next patch.
