Even in your Twitter app, some old Retweets or Twitter likes can’t be deleted. . . The root cause of this problem is that Twitter’s back-end systems are implemented across a distributed cluster of dispersed services.
Navigate to the Twitter profile of the account you don’t want to see retweets from. Click the circular icon with three horizontal dots next to their picture. Choose “Turn off Retweets” from this menu labeled “Turn off Retweets.”
To completely remove all of your previous tweets on Twitter, you’ll need to download your whole archive and upload it to Circleboom. The erase tool in Circleboom may clear away all retweets.
